You will need: kettlebell, step, mat

Warmup: run 5 min

3 rounds: 1 min running, 20 speed skaters, 12 alt kettlebell cleans

WOD 1: 5 rounds: 20 kettlebell box step ups, 12 weighted situps, 14 kettlebell cleans

WOD 2: 15 min amrap of:

20 kettlebell sumo deadlift high pulls

20 kettlebell swings

10 burpees
