As required by legislation, we are presently closed to help stem the spread of the Corona Virus.

Training helps us stay healthy, it helps us deal with stress, it boosts our immune systems. During this particularly stressful time, we are conducting classes online, specially designed for minimal equipment and easily modified. 

As soon as we are allowed to, we will be resuming physical operations.
