More importantly though, it is just long enough to help you lay the foundation for a new lifestyle, founded on health and easily maintained once you get the hang of it.
Hi Guys
As many of you already know, the Jukskei Park Shopping Centre where we were situated has been sold and all the tenants asked to leave.
We were given 30 days to find new premises and so as of Saturday 31 October we are no longer operating from there.
Unfortunately, to date, we have been unable to find somewhere suitable to operate from and are therefore reverting to online classes until such a time as we find a new place to move into and settle into our happy, safe space again.
Please contact us if you would like more information.

A Fire Fighter friend repeatedly suggested that he try CrossFit, but Craig's typical response was, "No, my workout program is pretty good, I am fit enough."
Eventually in 2008, Craig decided to give it a try in preparation for a hike in the Drakensberg. "I thought I was fit until my first CrossFit WOD (workout of the day) Angie (100 pullups, 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats). Boy was I wrong! Despite doing it really slowly, I saw just how much fitter I could be and I was hooked!"
And so the foundation for Sledgehammer CrossFit was formed.
Craig loves gymnastic work and deadlifting, but has had to work really hard to get his squat respectable.
Craig has an eta Certification in Fitness, is a Crossfit Level 2 Trainer, is a CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer, a CrossFit Strongman Trainer, a CrossFit Mobility Trainer as well as a CrossFit Weightlifting Trainer.
