Enter our three 9 Week Sledgehammer CrossFit Lifestyle Challenges.
9 weeks is long enough to see a drastic difference in appearance, but short enough to be manageable. Enough pressure to provide motivation, but with a clear deadline. More importantly though, it is just long enough to help you lay the foundation for a new lifestyle, founded on health and easily maintained once you get the hang of it.
After nearly 5 months of lockdown, we finally have the go ahead to operate again!
In keeping with the new normal, we have a couple of changes with regards to how things will work here at Sledgehammer CrossFit. What hasn't changed is our focus on your long term health and wellbeing, your safety and your need to work hard.

Craig loves nature and being outdoors, whether working in the garden, hiking, fishing or photographing. He is passionate about training and helping others succeed.
A Fire Fighter friend repeatedly suggested that he try CrossFit, but Craig's typical response was, "No, my workout program is pretty good, I am fit enough."
Eventually in 2008, Craig decided to give it a try in preparation for a hike in the Drakensberg. "I thought I was fit until my first CrossFit WOD (workout of the day) Angie (100 pullups, 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats). Boy was I wrong! Despite doing it really slowly, I saw just how much fitter I could be and I was hooked!"
And so the foundation for Sledgehammer CrossFit was formed.
Craig loves gymnastic work and deadlifting, but has had to work really hard to get his squat respectable.
Craig has an eta Certification in Fitness, is a Crossfit Level 2 Trainer, is a CrossFit Gymnastics Trainer, a CrossFit Strongman Trainer, a CrossFit Mobility Trainer as well as a CrossFit Weightlifting Trainer.
